A brand new start

New life going to start very soon...
There university life then here comes our working life...
This going to be challenging and tough road for me...
But i believe with my passion and interest towards it i will never give up and i will strike until i reach my target.
I hope everything will be fine and smooth.. Of course there will be a bumpy road and there will be a lots of problems as days come..
but i can make it and make it to my own target and achieve my dream in future...
University life finished...
Somehow i started to miss the university life with all my friends, bros,sis, buddies with we all had fun and enjoyed it while we are still there....
Good things was no more assignments and exams....
Bad things was we all gona seperate into different parts of the world...
I hope we all will meet in industry one day.....
I truly believe that we all are one of the Best from Taylors' because we are all from one of the best Hospitality School.... and we can make a difference for this industry...

2012

2012 is a challenging year for me because i'm got lotsa lotsa things to be complete and accomplish... Hope i can successfully conquer all the challenges given to me with God guidance and leading...

2012 is a new year !

new year must have new wish rite?

but i only have 5 simple wishes throughout this year....

i had wrote it on a piece of card already....

i hope i can work hard to accomplish and achieve my wish !

Holidayss....

Yeah ! Finally after 20 weeks of my final degree year semester 1...

i finally got free and relax....

recently at my hometown enjoying my times while enjoying i also need to arrange time for my dissertation !

i don likey ! i hate this report !

but.. i still need to do no matter wat...

haiz...

the good thing was i can enjoy while doin it...

I am also waiting and countdown-ing 3 more days before you come...

kinda nervous + excited to bring all of you around....

wondering and keep thinking what all of you like and want to try...

hmm...

i guess i hand it to God and also let's see what all of you want..

i wish you guys will have a great time here....

Mix feelings......

It had been a week since i came back from OCZ camp...

and it had been the last day that i can meet some of my friends from some parts of the worlds....

i really miss them...

not only this group of friends...

but also other groups of friends which left Malaysia earlier....

i miss you all !!!

I really hope WE can catch up one day anywhere anytime !

when i go to your country or you come to my country....

I had been a great time meeting all of you

and had a great + wonderful time with you all !!!

Taylors Culinary Challenge 2011 2/7/2011 (Kuching Station)

It was a good and warm morning as i prepared myself for this challenge

I'm not the one who participating the Challenge but i went there to help up my Chefsss to do

mis-en place(set-up/preparation)....

So nothin much i can say actually....

The dry/wet ingredients or items

The basic items which given to all participants.

There was a secret items which need to use inside the dish

which was "pineapple"

The equipments given but contestants can brin their equipments too...

Food testing....

Seriousness of the chef !

Testing + thinking of advantages and disadvantages of the dishes...

Judges giving marks for the food cooked based on

1. taste

2. cooking method

3. appearance/colour

4. grooming

5. hygience

6. anything that the contestants did will

impress the judges also can be included into the marks

There were some dishes i manage to took a picture of it...

This one i like the presentation and the color combination

but unluckily the girls did not manage to get into Top 3..

but it is nice...

the presentation(plating) i like it personally...

Basically there were too much dishes which i cant take all the pictures of them...

What i just want to comment of their dishes and plating was....

Some of them r really talented and basically their plating and cooking skill & technique

can considered like a Diploma students

but the fact they were only 16/17/18 years old only....

Great moment i can said that !

Can't wait for The Finals at Taylors' University !!!

It was a great and fun day....

Before i went to my aunt's place,

i had a dinner with my pastor and friends....

we went to Sg.Buloh for dinner....

We ordered 2 veges, 1 pork , 1 fish and 1 clam....

Guess what !?

How much we eat just for the dinner lyk that ?

RM60 only !!!!!!!!

why so cheap? i also dono....

my pastor said it is lyk this....

WAH !!!

1st time of my life eat till so cheap !!!

and so shock 1st time of my life !!!

After that we went The Curve to jalan jalan and shopping since one of my friend said want to shop...

Then we bought same jacket for a low and cheap price with a 70% discount !

The jacket was cool and nice....
